OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN.
A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. Eligibility.
Subject to the additional restrictions below, the PattonsMeatUp Giveaway (the “giveaway”) is open to: (i) legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age or older and residents of Georgia at the time of entry; and (ii) residing in the state of Georgia. Employees of Duluth Meats, Inc. d/b/a Patton's Meat Market. (“Sponsor”), and advertising and promotional agencies, and the family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term “family members” includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren and in-laws, regardless of where they live.
Only one (1) prize winner may be selected from the same household every thirty 4 weeks in connection with any giveaway or contest sponsored by Sponsor. If you or a member of your household has won a prize from Sponsor within the last thirty 4 weeks, you will be ineligible to receive a prize. The PattonsMeatUp giveaway will begin at or about 5:00 a.m. on October 14, 2026 and end at or about 7:00 p.m. Local Time on January 15th 2027 (the “giveaway Period”). Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the giveaway.
3. How to Enter.
To enter the giveaway, follow the steps below:
1) Make a post on any of your social media accounts and tag it with #PattonsMeatUp.
2) Then submit your email address, phone number and social media site you posted on through our online form at: pttn.net/winner
or email your email address, phone number and social media site you posted to us at: winner@pttn.net
A total of one (1) winner will be announced during the giveaway Period. All the information you provide must be complete and accurate. Entrants who submit an invalid phone number or email address may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
You understand that consent is not required to make a purchase.
A maximum of 20 social media posts per month during the giveaway Period can be submitted, for a total of up to twenty (20) entries per 4 weeks.
